Level III is by invitation of the instructor. This is the level of training where students train to teach Level II. Graduates of this level may also be invited to develop new classes and material. Those who apply will have successfully completed Levels I and II training and have been teaching traditional foods classes for at least two years. They may be required to submit records of classes taught, materials used as well as one or more video samples of teaching. These students will have exhibited mastery of the material, techniques and the art of teaching.
After successfully completing Level III training, students will earn the title Traditional Foods Master Teacher. Level II is a prerequisite for Level III.
It is anticipated that Level III will be offered after 2020.
