A series of 4 classes, all Wednesdays, from 9:30am - 11:00am MT.

Series starts Wednesday, June 14, and continues June 21, 28, and July 5.

All classes will be recorded, in case you cannot attend the live class on Zoom.

Class I: The Basics of Baking with Nut or Seed Flour: Why, What, How

Class II: Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Icing

Class III: Chocolate Cake with Ganache and Peanut Butter Icings

Class IV: Cupcakes...and wrap up!

All classes will feature GAPS recipes and ingredients, as well as how to make recipes GAPS-compliant!
