WATER
Water is the foundation of life. Get the water right, and you are half-way there. (Then it’s time for getting the food right!)
I have learned so much about water in the past few years! Thanks to Dr. Tom Cowan: Cancer and the New Biology of Water (which I read years ago, prior to joining the New Biology Clinic this past year – and what a blessing it is to be a part of it!) and Gerald Pollack, The Fourth Phase of Water. (I was blessed to meet and hear Dr. Pollack at a Wise Traditions conference a few years ago. Amazing human being and incredible research!)
Here’s what I’ve learned: the type of water we drink is critical to our health and well-being. If we cannot drink spring water, then here is what to do: 1. Filter the water. 2. Structure the water. 3. Remineralize the water. (I also add flower remedy called Golden Armor from Green Hope Farm in NH – just 1 drop in a gallon or so is added protection against EMFs, computer screens, radiation, and more. The wand allows you to structure large amounts of water at one time. I use mine every day to structure my family’s drinking water!

Castor Oil packs from Queen of the Thrones
These are the best castor oil packs I have found – created by a ND who healed from a multitude of chronic dis-eases by wearing it on her liver overnight every night for months. (If you are new to castor oil packs, be sure to start slowly – perhaps with 20 minutes or 1 hour, prior to bedtime, and gradually increase the amount of time you wear it. No joke – castor oil can be very powerful!)
LOVE this seaweed bath! Good for baby, adults, foot spas! Seaweed can be extremely helpful for eczema, psoriasis, acne, aches and pains, even arthritis! And this company takes the guesswork out of how much to use!
EMF Harmonization
Our bodies are electrical, and our world continues to become more and more electric. Our physical bodies are bombarded with electricity all day, every day. From cell towers in our neighborhoods, we live with Wi-Fi streaming through our homes and our bodies – not to mention our neighbors’ Wi-Fi—electrical watches on our wrists, devices to turn on music, open our doors and monitor our babies, security cameras and systems… people microwave their food and drive electric cars…it is no wonder that people are exhausted and getting sick.
I encourage you to educate yourself and then do at least the following: 1. Wear something to harmonize your body. This could be a ceramic pendant from Living Design Technologies or a pendant from Energy Dots or a Biosignatures pendant from the Biogeometry shop. 2. Put a harmonizer on your phone and on your computer. 3. Create a safe space in your bedroom, whether with Sleep and Space Dots from Energy Dots, EMF rocks under your bed, or a peat comforter (or all three!). There is so much more you can do. Stay Well
I used to take 12 in 1 every time I travelled and whenever I felt tired or run down. I still do! However, I have started taking them daily, morning and evening, just to Be Well! And it’s working!

I LOVE this stuff. It was actually my brainchild…I was talking with my friend Andrew Gardner of Vintage Tradition and Dave Wetzel of Green Pasture Products at a Wise Traditions conference one day a few years ago about the need for a face product that combined tallow and fermented cod liver oil which was smooth and easy to apply. And here it is! One for day use, one for nighttime…feels silky going on, you need just a “touch” for your whole face. TOTALLY worth it, folks. And no, you don’t smell like a fish.

Ghee! How I love ghee! It makes food taste sublime.
